Magnolia Hall
Coleman Johns Real Estate brought us in to tell the story of Magnolia Hall — a development of 11 homes, each priced between $5-7M, built around the historic 1800s Campbell House — through the eyes of the builder and developer themselves. The film needed to capture not just the beauty of each home, but the decisions and craftsmanship behind them. Alongside the film, we produced a series of social-first pieces designed to help sell the properties to luxury buyers.
